Window Blinds on individual apps

I am trying to reskin Pro Tools on my new laptop (windows11), but it's not applying the changes to the application. I have tried restarting my laptop several times, but this isn't working. I tried applying the same style to everything, but this caused an entirely different and terrifying issue with Fences. I'm lost trying to make Pro Tools https://mobdro.onl/ look worthwhile on my brand new laptop. If anyone has had this issue, or has a solution please let me know https://vidmate.onl/. I can answer questions to the best of my understanding.

It should be noted that it works on my Desktop PC (windows 10)
