CursorFX leaves permanent trails and slows PC to a crawl on windows 11

A few times now I have had to kill CursorFX from task manager because it starts to leave behind  permanent trails and the PC becomes very very slow.    I've attached a picture to show what my screen looked like just before killing the CursorFX task.    Perhaps a simple hack fix would be to at least track the total number of objects being drawn and set a hard limit.

Settings:

Cursors: 6502
Left button down:  Blue Circle effect
trailes: none

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

CursorFX is still in testing stages TBD to working with Windows11
