mismatch of influence display/graph

something is wrong here

the graph is at the same place in the game as the summary display on top.  It looks trivial, or maybe 17th in influence is actually the best?

The human player is always listed as last in influence. I've been reporting this as a bug since I joined the alpha test in .40, but it seems to be low priority since it's never gotten fixed.

Ah thanks.  It's not like it affects gameplay... as long as you don't use it to guide your actions.
