Fences 3 or 4 not working in Amazon Workspaces Virtual Machine

I am working a new job that has an Amazon Workspaces Virtual Machine with Windows Server 2016 spun up. Fences installs (tried 3 and 4) but doesn't work. I am guessing the issue is that Fences won't work in Windows Server 2016. Is there a version in Beta that I could test? 

I am addicted to Fences and use it to keep me organized. I am a long time Stardock customer and will help in any way I can.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

There is no inherent reason it should not work but I am wondering what your IT people might have to say about its (Fences) installation in their crafted \ curated environment.

Fences installs fine but won't open in Amazon Workspaces. I am allowed to install software in my workspace but not on the laptop. Windows Server 2016 on Amazon Workspaces.
