Fences 4.0.0.3 Configuration parser error

Error parsing

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319\config\machine.confg

Parser returned error 0x80004005.

 

Message box popped up.  Everything seems to still work.

Was not working on the computer when the error message box popped up.
