Start11 search has no ranking

Hello there,
I have noticed that the Start 11 search has no ranking functionality. Meaning, no matter how many times I search and choose a program, it will not move up in the search results. For example, whenever I search for a notepad typing "note":
The Windows Notepad application is always shown first, even though I have never chosen it after the search (after choose Notepad++ or Evernote).
Are there plans to implement the ranking feature? This makes the Start11 search still stay behind the good old Launchy.
I would appreciate all feedback!
