HAD Multiplicity KM as part of Object Desktop. UPGRADED to Multiplicity KVM. KVM NOT recognized by computers

DO I need to uninstall KM then reinstall KVM

Using Object Desktop on a few computers - 2 WIN10, one new WIN11.  HAD Multiplicity KM as part of Object Desktop.  ONLY had one desktop as Main and one Laptop as Secondary using Multiplicity and grew to like it, really like it more than other options   Bought a second Laptop that I also use at same time with Desktop and other laptop.   ... SO as they are all part of my homebased work network wanted to use one keyboard/mouse for all three WITHOUT having to swap out which laptop was connected to the desktop, etc ...

UPGRADED to Multiplicity KVM.   Installed it on all 3 computers. ....  KVM NOT recognized by any of the computers ... still shows-uses only the KM verson when opened

Desktop Main is Win10.  One Laptop Win10, one Win11.  they all network seamlessly ...

DO I need to uninstall KM then reinstall KVM?  What do I do.

Thanks for your help ...   Dave M

With any upgrade, you are given a new key.  Use that key with the 'Manage License' option on the About tab of the MP config window on the Primary PC.

OK, after searching around I discovered where to enter the new License key and I believe that fixed the issue ....

Thanks ... hope this helps someone else ... maybe if you put an upgrade instruction note where the download link is that would be helpful too ...  Have a GREAT Day and thanks for the reply ... Dave
