Cannot purchase Fences

Hi,

I have downloaded the Fences 4 trial and want to buy now as the trial period comes to an end. But whatever I try to do I always end up on the page with the 3 options (single, multidevice,..) and nothing happens when I click on "Get it Now".

I am currently in China. Is that the problem? What the heck do I need to do to purchase Fences 4?

Hi,

I have used tried to buy Fences 4 using Edge and Firefox on Windows 10 Enterprise. In both browsers it doesn't work.

I have not tried another Laptop yet.

I was informed there was issue on Stardock side yesterday, not sure if it also apply to your situation. That issue was deal with and everything is working again. Please try again now and report back if you still have issues.

Yes, website works now. Then I had problems using Paypal (where Paypal came up and said that websites URL did not exist) and Alipay (where a message on my phone said the services is only provided for verified Chinese Mainlanders). Finally Credit card worked.

I recommend to change the payment handling provider.
