I'm trying to upgrade my Fences from V3 to V4 but when I try the activation my email address is not recognize. Seem that only V3 is registered also I've paid V4. There no way to contact support. If not resolved I'll open an contention to PAYPAL.

Seems there 2 accounts with same email address, one for V3, one for upgrade V4. When I try to recover license only V3 is returned and I can't access on the previous account to delete or merge due email address are the same.
