Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you have upgrade to Fences V4, I believe you no longer have excess to Fences V3 installation file. I agree that it makes sense to keep copies of installation files -- and that's what this thread is all about.
In this case some of the problem is caused by the "auto-update" feature.

Bottom line, the previous versions should be kept readily available to those users who still view Windows 7 as "good enough" OS
