My Start11 is still asking me to purchase after an upgrade from start10, i have all proof of purchase made and i still can't download start11

My issues is that it does not show the key, but i was sure that i purchased with my email address on the account. Sadly i have no traces of any keys or emails saying i'ts been upgraded, only a bill and a reciept of my purchase.
Please raise a support ticket using the link below. Select "Purchase/refunds" section, select product not receive form. Include all your purchase information in there and Support will help you from there. Need a little bit of time for it get process, Support will go though the ticket on first come first serve bases. It will get to your eventually.
