Upgraded and lost the 2d desktop

I had Fences 2 in my Windows 10 laptop, and had about 10 "undesirable" icons on the 2d desktop (Alt-arrow key to get there).  When I upgraded, those 10 icons came back to the main desktop, and now I can't create the 2d desktop.  I move an icon to the right edge, and about 3/4 of it disappears, but that's it.  Any ideas what I can do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You upgrade to Windows 11? or upgrade Fences to V3 or V4? Please more details.
