Hello,
I find it strange on my Win11 with Start 11.1, when you show up the shutdown popup, I see in the lower right rounded corner a strange white dot.
I am on a 4k monitor in dark mode.

This is a bug in Windows 11 with old style popup menus in dark mode sometimes.
The same issue can be seen if you open the Run dialog (Win+R) and right click in the input field to open the menu. This happens without Start11 installed.
Quite why Microsoft have not fixed this even in the dev builds of Windows 11 is unknown.
