Start 11 Slider Bar non responsive

Doesn't behave as per Windows 10/11 Norm

I purchased and installed ver 1.1.0.1, after trialling 1.01.

I notice that while the slider bar adjacent to the app list responds when selected by the mouse, it doesn't respond to clicks above/below the slider bar ( which windows 10/11 does).

Is this a bug or by design?

If by design, it provides lesser functionality than standard Windows 10/11 start menus.
