Microsoft Windows
Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1466)
The error message mentioned will show up at various times seemingly for no reason, browsing the internet with Microsoft Edge, playing a game loaded on my laptop, or just simply opening up Word files to view. Since I loaded the Stardock Windows 11 desktop for Windows 10 this error message pops up frequently. Which is sad, as I do like the desktop. I loaded windows 11 on this machine but the processor speed was simply inadequate to run programs. Browsing on the internet was basically impossible under the windows 11. I have two file folders that remain on my desktop that are now pinned to the start menu, but if I remove those 2 file folders from the desktop after they have been pinned to the start menu to the recycle bin the file folders pinned then are empty. I have to restore them to the desktop to make them functional. The idea is to have a clean desktop and then bring up the start menu or click from programs listed center bottom. Everytime I click one of the two file folders on the desktop the error message shows up. I hope you are not as confused as I am. I need things easy.
