Sorry to hear you are having issues. Are you on Start11 latest version V1.1?

  • If yes, please post your issue in this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/509469 also include more details on your setup and issue.
  • If not, please install version V1.1 and test again.

We are aware of the issue, the latest Windows Insider release introduced a change to the OS that impacted Start11. We have an internal build that fixes many of the features that broke with this update and are preparing to release it as a beta as soon as tomorrow.

As a temporary workaround, if you left-align the Start button and change the icon, this will restore some functionality. Alternatively, we do caution that the Dev channel is fast-moving and we do our best to support users in those channels but with each release, there is a chance they could temporarily break compatibility with our applications.
