Product key issue with Fences 4
I purchased Object Desktop which I belive includes Fences 4. When I start my computer, however, Fences 4 brings up the Product key window. Do I need to purchase it separately?

Same problem here. If Fences 4 requires different product key, why Object Desktop shows it as upgrade?
How can I get rid of it without uninstalling Fences and losing all current fences?

Your Object Desktop has it's own Key which is good for all your OD apps, use it

Still not working. I do not see anything on the My downloads page.
If I try to activate it through the account, it says Fences 4 is not assigned to me.
However, if I try to activate it with the key I got via email on K 2021.06.15. 23:59 , it says my email is invalid.
PLEASE.
The email address Adam*****@hotmail.hu is perfectly valid, used every day. Yes, it's domain name is HOTMAIL, and yes, it's tld is HU.

Linked site does not looks like too inviting to report the problem, I have two options, profile management or purchase/refund. I go the profile route because at there there is at least an email topic...
Not sure what you want but if you want to Merge an old email addy to

Are you sure you have a Fences4 Key because it's different than a Fences 3 key.
Best solution would be to keep using my existing email.
I have an Object Desktop subscription valid till 2022-06-16. The update (not upgrade!) option has been presented by that. I don't want to upgrade, I am not interested in anything Windows 11 related.
If you have a Current Object Desktop you use your OD key
for all your OD apps ..

The final solution was that I have uninstalled Fences without deleting the settings, rebooted, and re-installed from Object Desktop. My fences, first time in history, survived!
The ticket link strongly suggested that I have to post here - again.
Thanks for the help, I will go with the time-hallowed solution: Do not touch if f it working - I won't upgrade anything anytime soon.
