Start11 upgrade

Hi. I have object desktop but I can't upgrade to start11. It does not accept the e-mail address I entered, can you help with this?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

It sounds like your using a different email address now then what you used

to buy the product , if that's the case you need to update your old email to the new one

Then all should work fine .
