Deskscapes beta has expired.

Hi, I started my computer this morning and got this message "deskscapes beta has expired". I purchased this software last year and didn't buy the newer software. Now I can't use deskscapes! Do I need to purchase this every year to keep using it?

It sounds like you have not updated the build to the latest version.

Download the latest from your downloads and install that and you should be fine.

I try to download it but I get Object Desktop is expired. Does this mean I have to renew every year? I bought the whole suite. If I buy just deskscapes beta is that mine to use every year without renew?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Object Desktop is a Yearly Renewal service so Yes you need to renew

to activate your programs again. You will get a discount on renewal .

Hello,

thank you for the fast reply. I downloaded the installer from my account page and followed the procedure you suggested.

Now everything is fine and DeskScapes 11 beta 5 is properly installed.
