Connecting new secondary computer after original secondary broke.

Hi Stardock. My original secondary computer is broken so I have brought a new computer and need to connect multiplicity from my primary computer to the new secondary computer. I do not remember the email address I brought this computer under. I took a free trial on the new computer to see if I could get it to work. It did not work. I want to have the 2 license version working again. Can I use the original one that I brought or do I need to buy this again on the secondary computer or the primary computer? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I think in this case you need to submit a ticket to support desk to help with your issue https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4

keep in mind now though we are in a Holiday week so i'm not sure the response time .

Secondary PCs do not require activation, not unless you plan to remote connect (KVM) from it (not to be confuse with 'to it') to yet another Secondary.

You can get it from your account page

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

MP has always been 1 Primary PC per license (again, Secondary PCs do not need a license) unless a business license is purchased.

When I brought it I did not set up an account I must have brought it as a guest. I still have the primary computer with multiplicity on it.

So how to I down load Multiplicity KM without an account page?

Thanks
