Offline activation problem

Due to my company policy, I'm only capable of activating my Fences account with offline activation. I followed the instructions and created an ".req" file and submitted it into http://activate.stardock.com website as instructed. But when I press the submit button, I get an error message as below:

Error converting value "Standa�d" to type 'activate.api.stardock.net.MachineTypes'. Path 'machineData.type', line 1, position 442. (1001)

 

I don't know how to get through this, help me please.

I've figured it out, there was a typo in .req file which I've figured out after your reply, you can delete this post if you like, problem is solved.
