Some programs cannot be grouped

I use the eSginal software and the Trader Workstation from Interactivbrokers. Unfortunately, these can not be grouped with Groupy.

Do I need to activate a specific function for this?

If the app has a custom titlebar, it very likely cannot be grouped.
