deskscapes animation freeze

hello 

I have win11 and deskscapes 11

every background animation desktop i download and apply works for 1-2 minutes  or so and them freeze.

restart the computer wont help . it just seat there like a wallpaper

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is the a new issue or it was like this since you use Deskscapes 11?

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Mine plays for one moment and ceases. it does not even play for more than 5 seconds

The Purge utility provided by Basj, Stardock Community Assistant, resolved the issue. 

Save all work because the utility forces a restart.
