Everquest -- mouseclicks no longer work on secondary computer

I have used Multiplicity KVM for playing Everquest on two computers with very little issue for the last couple years. However, over the last few days I have been running into a bug where any mouseclicks on the secondary computer do not register as long as Everquest is running on the primary computer--the mouse pointer disappears and seems to click through applications, reappearing briefly at the top of the screen but not doing anything. Everything else appears to be functioning normally--keystrokes, mousing around the screen; only mouseclicks on the secondary computer have stopped working, and only when Everquest is running on the primary.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Multiplicity on both computers, and they are both running the latest version of Multiplicity. The issue persists.

UPDATE. This issue coincided with upgrading to a new monitor, a Samsung UJ59. When I switched back to my old monitor (an old HP2711), the issue disappeared. I am at a loss. I want to upgrade my monitor but don't want to lose Multiplicity usability.

I don't think a change of monitor will cause it. Unless the drivers or whatever software that install with it causing some sort of interference with Multiplicity. Please look into those while I forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

That is a fair assumption, that its a software thing.

MP sends simulated keystrokes to any Secondary.  If the Secondary (for whatever reason, software, AV software, etc) stops that, that is likely why - some overlay, something is preventing the simulated keystrokes from working.
