Just got the email for 15% off Stardock products and I go to buy Fences, put in the promotional code, click apply, and the price isn't changing. Should it change right away?

Hi, it was "We'd like to offer you 15% off on any of our desktop enhancement and utility products." and expires on 16th. 

I thought I'd use it on Fences 4 but nothing happens when I click apply:
