Lock Fences option not always available under View menu

I upgrade my Fences 3 to 4.  Everything was working in Fences 3.  With Fences 4 I lose the "Lock Fences" option under the view menu when I select Never Show Labels.  If I change Show Labels to On Mouseover or Always the Lock Fences options shows up under view.  I have tried reinstalling fences 4.  I've Tried uninstalling \ cleanup of Fences 4 and reinstalling.  Still not working.  I'm running Windows 10 Build 19044.1387.

Yeah, we were able to reproduce this - I have created an internal ticket to have it looked at.

Hello, has the "Lock Fences" not appearing issue been resolved yet?  I have not yet seen and update but maybe I missed it.  Internal ref: FEN-118.

If you mean Lock Fences not appear when you have the label set to "never", It was resolved, it should be available on next version update. Hopefully soon.

Shouldn't this be part of the install?  It did work however.  Pity individual fences aren't lockable.  Only other error I now have is if a fence rolls up and items are close to the bottom they remain on screen until clicked.
