First and Last Activation an Activity of the License has a strange Date and time: 1970/01/01 01:00 AM

We activate and deactivate our licenses via Stardock script with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10"\SASUpgrade.exe..............

and   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\SdDisplay.exe" -deactivate.....................- " this does not seem to work anymore. We have written to Stardock support and unfortunately have not received a reply for days.

In our portal we see all used licenses with this format: First and Last Activation an Activity of the License has a strange Date and time: 1970/01/01 01:00 AM

We have already seen that there is now a new Start11 version, but that should not immediately mean that the previous versions no longer run, should it?

The problem is that in our company the Start10 menu no longer works.

Does anyone have any input?

Thx
