Unable to activate Deskscapes 11 w/provided key

Greetings,

I upgraded Deskscapes 10 to v11 and I was emailed the product key.  However, when I tried to activate the program using the product key and the email address I used when purchasing it, I received the following error: "Email address is not valid for the product key".

Please help!
