Locked Start Menu

When I am using Start11 with my touch screen or pen I find situations that I accidently move an item into a new location in the group.  Not a big deal, but you tend to get use to items in certain locations.

Have you considered having a "locked" state which you can toggle on/off (possibly with a right mouse)?  Not a must have, but would help out the tablet users.
