I can't add new trails in cursorFX

When I create a new trace, it stays permanently on the screen until I log out of my computer.

Yesterday I downloaded new cursor traces from the "wincustumize" website.


I clicked to create a new theme and add one of the downloaded pictures. I saved the new trail, but when I applied the new theme, the cursor trail remained permanently on the screen, until I logged out of my computer.

 

what am I doing wrong?

I have looked for a tutorial but I have not found any.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Never I created a Cursor for CursorFX with a trail in it. Just test to create one today. And it look okay to me. Need to know more on your system.

  1. CursorFX version.
  2. Windows 10 or 11? and its version.
  3. How to you create the trail graphics? how many frames? I use 15 frames and it look okay to me. below is a what I am using as a test.
