I am sorry you have encountered a problem with your purchase. Someone from support will be along later today and I am sure your issue can be resolved for you so you get what you paid for.
EDIT : From your other thread it seems you do have the product you purchased (Start10) in the past and were simply wanting a free upgrade to Start11. This isn't something thats provided free I am afraid but there are discounts available for upgrades.
Software development costs money and in order to pay developers Stardock need to charge for major updates like Start11. It should be pointed out that Stardock did not make Start10 not work on Windows 10, that is entirely on Microsoft and their new taskbar.
I bought the Start10 program from you more than a year ago.
Now your organization says, when you try to activate the code that you sent me, it is not correct.
What am I supposed to do?
Are you having problems activating it in Start10?
It will not work for Start11 only Start10.

You have posted some comments in English. Could you please continue with English and not change languages and confuse everyone.
If you bought Start 10 you will have received the Activation Code for Start 10.
That code is NOT for Start 11.
Start 11 is a separate program which requires its own purchase AND Activation Code.
If there was only a short time between first and second purchase you may be eligible for a discount.

Yes, I know, and not a lot of the Russian is relevant either....;)
It is only a 5 or 6 dollar purchase for every new release of Windows. That is dirt cheap to me and I would feel silly complaining about the price tag.
Only 6 dollars for an entire new generation worth of better start menu functionality. I am in!!
