How to purchase in the UK

I am trying to buy Start 11 in the UK but I'm being asked for a US PayPal account. If I try a card purchase it doesn't accept my UK Postcode.

Thanks. I have a super wide monitor so never looked all the way over there in a dark area of the screen - be better if that link was in the purchase screen itself.
