Odbject Desktop/Wincustomize problems - anyone else ? Help.

Hiya,

I can't view Wincustomize in Internet Explorer (Mozilla works fine) and cannot install/upgrade anything through Stardock Central. I get invalid file chunk size and errors.

I've emailed stardock several times and they don't seem to have an answer. Any ideas ??

After looking at more of the threads here I guess theres a problem with the Stardock server / site (thumbnails)

What's the deal with Citizen Level 1,2 and 3 etc. I've been a subscriber for over a year !!!!

email support and they should get your account set correctly.

Did you change nicks? If so that might have caused a burp with your account...

Cheers Guys thanx for the response.

I was beginning to think my connection had gone down !

Is there anywhere I can see my level in Stardock Central?
(not that it is working at the mo' but I assume that's down to the server probs.)

mm, no but you can check it on the site, something else from the past keeps nipping at me...

oh, something about cross referencing your accounts, though I am not sure if you still have to do that, so your Stardock settings are seen and adjust your Wincustomize settings as far as being a registered product owner and such...

might want to ask in the WC-Help section of the message board about that, not sure if the need to do that has been changed at this point in time.
