HOW TO DELETE OLD DOWNLOADS ON THE "MY DOWNLOADS PAGE".

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to "Delete" my old downloads that are located at "My Account" "My Downloads"?  I notice that some of them are of the same name, BUT only work on different CPU OS's.  Is there any way to delete the oldest one's that I can not use, so I will not accidentally download them due to the same software name? Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not sure I understand your issue correctly. Could you post a screenshot of what your account product download page look like.

Thanks

I have a full page of past software I have purchased (on this page shown), and some are for old cpu systems (not windows 8 or 10 etc).  My question is..on this page "how do I delete the software boxes that are old and not used anymore".   thank you.

As far as I know you can't delete those, they are left there for reference if needed .

If one needs to be upgraded to a newer version down the road you might quality for

a discounted price having the paid older version .
