Roll Down Fences over existing window

I have usually my browser (Google Chrome) window open on my desktop and my "Fences" on the upper edge of my PC Screen.

I noticed that rolling down my Fences does not show my icons over my browser window, as I wish.

Therefore, my question is: Can I roll down fences over my browser window?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

At this time No you can't roll down over Windows ..

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Actually, if you try Fences V4 Beta, there is a new feature where you can use hotkeys to make fences go on-top of Windows
