File Explorer conflict bug

Okay, this is my problem that you want our consumers to record. I have uploaded it (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnpDpILzqpJF9QgiV78pV1a21fx8?e=wmrXci)

First I want to repeat how the problem happened

1. Install fences, go to work, start the computer, and fences will directly prompt "Conflict with File Explorer"

2. I downloaded fences thoroughly, and then performed an SFC \ Restore health scan:(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair -missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e) repaired my computer

3. Reinstall Fences and install registry edit file: (https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/FencesAllCrashesNew.zip)

4. Restart my computer

5. It crashes directly after booting
