I can group Outlook and Teams and save the group. When I launch the group by double clicking, both apps open but Outlook is not inside the Teams group.

I am also encountered same problem with it cinema hd. Still can't able to figure out.
I have a group for several messengers including Teams. If Teams is already running (as with other messengers as well) it will not be included, if the group is opened. So in order to be sure that Teams will be included, set Teams itself to not start at boot.
Of course it would be great, if running apps could be caught by a group when opening the group.
I am also encountered same bee problem with it. Still can't able to figure out.
