No Product Key Sent

I purchased an upgrade to Fences 4 on the 13th November 2021 from my Fences 3. I paid through Paypal £7.99 but I was not sent a new product key?
I have also requested an email with my list of product keys and it is not showing on there.
I have attached the transaction and other screenshots to show that I have paid for the product to support but I had an automated email to say to leave a post on the forums.
Could you send me a product key for Fences 4 and update my account so that I can access this on the product key list associated with my account in the future should I require it.

Hi there, 

I have already done this and it is not showing my purchase, therefore no product key. I didn’t even receive a pdf receipt which I normally would.

I need a product key which has been paid for via PayPal.

I tried sending to support email but only got an automated email.

Hi again,

I have raised a ticket a few days ago and still I have heard nothing. I paid £7.99 for the Fence 4 and I still have no product key.

Can I either have a refund or the product key please.

If I get a refund, I will try purchasing the product again and hopefully a product key will be sent to my email address.

Hi again,

If I don't receive a product key, I will request a refund via Paypal/my bank and state that the product was never received.

I think I will have to get onto Paypal to request a refund as I am not getting anywhere with this.

I paid my £7.99 for my Fences 4 Product Key. I have sent proof and I have not received the key after a month.

I have been a loyal customer over the years and bought many of your products.

Not happy!

They wanted bank transaction details. I sent them this as well as the PayPal transaction. 
surely this highlights my purchase. I couldn’t make this up?

please help or I’ll be forced to raise a non delivery of the product with PayPal and my bank.

We show the order attempt as ‘canceled’. If your bank still shows it as completed, please send me the transaction number.

I sent him screen shots of my bank and PayPal transaction which still went ahead. If it was cancelled I would have had a refund which did not take place. It is only £7.99 but it is more the principle that I never received the product key?  
sean is being really helpful and kind, but I am not getting anywhere?
