Start 11 All Apps List Doesn't Respect IconPackager Changes

Start 11 on Windows 10 using Windows 10 Style

I am running Windows 10 ver. 19044.1348 / Start 11 ver. 1.0 / IconPackger ver. 10.0.3.0

I have replaced all the system Icons with the Windows 11 Icons using IconPackager.

Folder Icons in the All Apps List in Start 11 on the Windows 10 Style Start Menu don't respect the changes made with IconPackager.

However, folders nested inside these All Apps List folders do respect the IconPackager changes.
