How to run 64-bit Start11

I just uninstalled Start10 and installed Start11. When I run Task Manager I see that it is running the 'Stardock Start11 Service (32 bit)'. How do I get the 64 bit Start11 to run?

The service is 32 bit as it is shared between 32 and 64 bit installs but the menu itself will be 64 bit.
