Fences, usually same version between the two for full release version. Alphas and Betas version, I believe, usually for ObjectDesktop Subsriber. Or early adopter purchase only.

You are correct, it is now. However back in July it was 2 years out of date compared to the Stardock version.
I just posted that for a little bit of transparency to answer the original question.
