Start11 Windows 11 startmenu problem

Hello!

 

Recently started using start11. It worked really well with windows 10, but when I upgraded to windows 11 today. I have been having some problems with it.

 

If the start button is centered to the middle. When pressing the button it will flash both the windows start menu and also the start11 menu at the same time, then windows menu will come on top. If I continue pressing the button, it will shift between start11 and windows menu. 

If I move the start button location to the left corner, then it works correctly and always opens only  the start11 menu.

 

I tried uninstalling and installing the start11 again, but that didn't seem to work.

 

Is there anything I can do, or do I just wait for the updated fix for it?

What version of Start11 are you using?

Actually it is not working on the left side either if I use the regular windows button. Only when I have a custom start button on it works on the left.

Hi,

I am experiencing the same problem in Start11 v2.03.
By clicking the start button with the mouse, the taskbar does not blink;
But hitting the WIN key on the keyboard causes the problem.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't think you have same issue at the OP. Yours on Start11 v2 while the OP is on Start11 v1. And your issue on the Start button on the left while the OP Start button on the Center. So It best if you can open your own thread so we can help you there.

I have the same issue as OP. I've recorded a video. I would say the only difference here is that OP says they're not using a touch/pen input, but I am. Otherwise, the behavior I see is as OP describes.

The original post was an issue long since resolved.

Are you able to install the 2.04 beta version of Start11 that's available in your store downloads as that had some touch input changes which may well help pen input too.
