Feature Request : Support 144hz display

Support 144hz display

Your animation is so awkward and stuck, as if I am using PPT, my monitor has a refresh rate of 144hz, but it looks stuck like 30-60hz

Which animations are you finding slow?

The internal animation timer is based on the screen refresh rate, but be aware it is the PRIMARY display rate.

In the start menu of Windows 10 Style

1. All program list scrolling animation

2. Right-click menu to expand animation

3. Start menu pop-up animation

I said that the reason for its slowness is not just that the animation appears for a long time or the easing effect is unnatural, but that it does not seem to have the ability to apply 144hz at all. This has nothing to do with Win32. When I scroll the page in Chrome (this is of course a typical Win32 program), it looks obviously smoother than 60hz, and it is also very smooth in UWP applications.

Start 11 seems to only use 60hz, I think this is absolutely unbearable.

Dunno, I run at 144Hz too and it looks smooth to me.  I use the Windows 10 style too.
