Feature Request : to let " Pin to Start" means "Pin to Start from Start11"

When I click on the menu item "Pin to Start screen" of Jump list from the task bar, I think it is a way to pin the app to the start menu.

But it is not, however , it is wrong, it is confused for me, why? it is not a start menu? no user will know "Oh it(Start menu Windows 10 Style) is provided from Start 11, and the jump list is provided by Micorsoft Windows, so it will not work at all" , no one know.
