Start 11

Highlight Recently Installed Programs

Windows 10, 64-bit, using Start 11.  I went back to Windows 10 due to the Taskbar grouping issue.  Forgive me if I've missed it, but I seem to remember Start 10 had a setting for turning off highlighting any recently installed programs.  I can't seem to find that setting in Start 11.
