I've bought Fences on Steam, if I hava to purchase Fences 4 in full prices?

So what I want to know is the product "Fences" on Steam is a product for all versions of Fences or just Fences 3?

Do I need to buy Fences 4 when I already have Fences on Steam? Or Fences 4 is just a big upgrade to Fences I already have.

My English is very poor, I hope I've made my point clearly.

Hello,

From what I understand, if you purchase Fences 3 you will have all updates for Fences 3 for free. But, you will need to pay for Fences 4. For Steam purchase on Fences 4, you will need to wait until Fences 4 become full release to Steam.

I don't really know when it will be full release version. There is no official announcement on that yet.
