Start11 Issue in Chinese(Simp.) & Feature Request: Full-screen Tiles

Hello, I think there's an issue with how Start11 lists applications/software in Chinese. Chinese characters in the software's name should also be translated and listed by Pinyin(the pronunciation of the character), and get shown along with English characters.
Here's an example:
I have an app called "腾讯会议"(Tencent meeting, Pinyin: TengXunHuiYi)
It should be sorted by the letter "T", instead of having an individual sort result by the character.
And here's a feature request, probably it's not that formal though:
Yet the tiles in the start menu are gone in Windows 11, I'm still happy about y'all are taking this back. But I really like the full-screen tiles back in Windows 8, and I was still using the full-screen one after Windows 10. So is there any possibility that you can make the full-screen tiles back, I'll really appreciate it if you can make this.
