Object Desktop I paid for it and never received a license

On the 10th October I purchased Object Desktop using my PayPal account, I received an email from PayPal immediately that the payment for $29.99. 

After that I never received an email from stardock with a license, the email you have listed on PayPal is donotreply@fastspring.com how is that supposed to help your customers? after I googled for an hour I found an email support@stardock.com so I emailed you and explained the problem, I received no reply so I called your number 734-927-0677 and got the usual runaround and not able to speak to a real person so I finally was able to send a voice mail. That was 2 days ago.

Finally this morning you left me know choice but to put in a claim with PayPal

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase software, your company really sucks

Looks like some confusion re multiple posts being hidden.

Support responded specifically to the other, so to avoid future complications both remain visible but this one is locked so responses go to the other only.

It's not censorship, it's confusion management...;)
