Does Multiplicity work with Microsoft Teams on secondary pc?

I have my home desktop (primary) and work laptop (secondary) that I would use with Multiplicity. What I wanted to check is that when I use Microsoft Teams on my work laptop can I do this from my home desktop?

I’d like to get my work laptop out the way and wouldn’t be directly using it so when using Teams from it I’d like to be able to use my desktop headset to speak and listen to others on the call. Sometimes I may need to screen share the desktop from my laptop.

Can Multiplicity handle this scenario?

Thanks

While MP has the ability to send audio to another PC, it can not send and receive from each \ every PC.  The PC you want to use Teams on needs to hand that.

That said, Teams does not care what PC its run on - using it on your home PC would work fine unless your company has restrictions about that.

I’d prefer to keep my work PC and home PC completely separate so that I don’t have any work software installed or work accounts logged in on my home PC.

In addition to this when I work at home I will be using MP in KVM mode so that I can work exclusively on my work PC. Running Teams on my home PC would mean switching desktops whenever a call comes in.

Finally sometimes I need to share my work desktop on Teams calls but if I’m using Teams from my home PC it maybe a bit more fiddly to do this. Maybe I could share the MP screen showing my work Desktop in Teams but wouldn’t be quite as seamless.

I shall have to find time to download the trial and give it a go unless I can find a better solution.

Thanks for the reply.

You will wonder how you ever did without Multiplicity, trust me.
