Start11 - Missing Symbols/Graphics next to Restart, Sleep, and Shut down

Hello, I the symbols/graphics for Restart, Sleep, and Shut down are missing when you click the power button on Start11 Menu (Windows 11 theme).  The image appears, with a vertical line and the words for Restart, Sleep, and Shut down.  See attached.  (or is this by design - just appears that something is missing).  I'm running this on latest Windows 10 Home (NOT Windows 11).
